Best Vacuum Cleaners On Home Depot Official Site

Ah, vacuum cleaners. The unsung heroes of home cleaning. They tirelessly suck up dirt, dust, and crumbs without complaint. And where can you find the best selection of these cleaning machines? Why, on the home depot official site, of course!

Now, you may be thinking, “Why would I want to buy a vacuum cleaner on Home Depot’s website when I could just go to a physical store?” Well, my friend, let me tell you – shopping for vacuum cleaners on Home Depot’s site is a whole different ballgame. You don’t have to deal with pushy salespeople, and you can compare prices and features to your heart’s content. Plus, you can do it all from the comfort of your own home (which is hopefully cleaner thanks to your trusty vacuum cleaner).

So, let’s dive into why buying a vacuum cleaner on Home Depot’s official site is the way to go.

First and foremost, let’s talk about the selection. Home Depot’s website offers a vast array of vacuum cleaners from a variety of brands. Whether you’re in the market for a high-end Dyson or a budget-friendly Bissell, you’ll find what you’re looking for on their site. And the best part? You can filter your search results by factors like price, brand, and customer rating to quickly find the vacuum cleaner that fits your needs.

But let’s not forget about the convenience factor. Shopping on Home Depot’s site means you don’t have to leave your house to find the perfect vacuum cleaner. You can browse the selection, read reviews, and compare features all without changing out of your pajamas (although we won’t judge you if you do). And once you’ve found the perfect vacuum cleaner, Home Depot offers free shipping on orders over $45, so you don’t even have to leave your house to pick it up.

And speaking of reviews, that’s another great reason to buy a vacuum cleaner on Home Depot’s site. Customers can leave detailed reviews of the products they’ve purchased, giving you a better idea of how well the vacuum cleaner actually performs in real-life situations. You can read about the pros and cons of each model and even see pictures of the vacuum cleaner in action. It’s like having a personal recommendation from a friend who has already tested out the product for you.

But what about price? Well, Home Depot’s site offers competitive pricing on all their vacuum cleaners. Plus, they often have sales and discounts available, so you can save even more money. And if you happen to find the same vacuum cleaner for a lower price on another site, Home Depot will match the price, so you can be confident you’re getting the best deal possible.

The best vacuum cleaners

Dyson V15 Detect

The V15 Detect is Dyson’s latest cordless vacuum and it is undoubtedly impressive. It outperforms all other stick vacuums we have ever tested, excelling in removing pet hair from various floor types. On midpile carpeting, it pulled out 88.4% of test sand and an impressive 95.3% of sand particles on low-pile carpeting.

What sets the V15 Detect apart is the unique “Laser Slim Fluffy” cleaner head – designed specifically for hard flooring. As you clean, it projects a green laser that highlights the dust and small bits of debris that are tricky to spot with the naked eye, ensuring a thorough clean. However, it is not visible under bright indoor lighting or sun.

Another feature we love is the readout on the back of the vacuum that lists the ratio of dirt collected by particle size. Additionally, the battery is easy to remove, and the dustbin is incredibly convenient to empty.

iRobot Roomba S9 Plus

Despite its high initial price of $1,000 (currently on sale for $799), the Roomba S9 Plus is well worth the investment. This iRobot Roomba model boasts exceptional cleaning power and is particularly adept at removing dirt and debris from hardwood floors, cleaning up an impressive 93% of test sand.

However, it struggled somewhat when cleaning low-pile carpets and area rugs, achieving an average dust and sand pickup of only 28%. Nonetheless, when set to work cleaning medium pile carpets, the Roomba robot vacuum removed an average of 71% of sand – the highest score out of all the models tested.

Additionally, this robotic vacuum excelled at removing pet hair, pet dander, and allergens, and is capable of navigating and mapping multiple rooms and floors. The updated iRobot app allows you to designate “keep-out zones” for the S9 Plus to avoid while cleaning and even enables voice commands to prompt immediate cleaning using Alexa or Google Voice Assistant.

Our testing revealed an average cleaning time of just 25 minutes, while the ability to link the S9 Plus to the Roomba app and your home Wi-Fi provides added ease of use. However, the standout feature of the Roomba S9 Plus is undoubtedly its CleanBase docking station, which both charges the robot’s battery and empties its dustbin automatically – a hugely convenient addition that removes the need to worry about battery life.

Tineco A11 Hero

The Tineco A11 Hero stick vacuum is a great value, ranking as the second-best performer in our current cordless vacuum test group. Its impressive results have even bumped the Shark Rocket Pet Pro Cordless from its top pick position for best midrange cordless vacuum. With an average sand pick-up of 72.5% from midpile carpeting and a sand removal rate of 82.5% from low-pile carpeting, the Hero vacuum cleaner outperforms the Shark model. Plus, it’s more affordable.

In addition to its great performance, the A11 Hero cordless vac handles pet hair with ease. While it struggled slightly on our low-pile test carpet, it left virtually no trace of pet hair on midpile carpeting and hardwood floors. The vacuum’s battery boasts an impressive 40-minute uninterrupted run time, making it a reliable choice for longer cleaning sessions.

The Hero model’s design is also noteworthy. While the dustbin isn’t quite as easy to empty as the Shark, it’s still user-friendly. The bin’s release valve requires a bit more effort to engage, but the removable battery pack and trigger lock lever make up for it. The vacuum also comes with useful attachments, including a power brush, mini power brush, two-in-one dusting brush, and a crevice tool, making it a versatile cleaning tool.

Roborock S7

The Roborock, a new player in the robotic vacuum market, deserves recognition as the best midrange robot vacuum. Outperforming most other vacuums, it effectively removes sand from hardwood floors with a rating of 92.8%, almost as well as the Roomba S9 Plus (93%). Additionally, the Roborock S7 performs well on medium-pile (50.4%) and low-pile (64.2%) carpets.

While the S7 may not be as effective as the S9 Plus in dealing with pet hair, it still ranks higher than other vacuums we’ve tested. Navigation is another strong suit of the S7, as it completed the robot vacuum test room in just an average of 16 minutes, a feat that some other models take up to 90 minutes to achieve.

The Roborock S7 also comes with a mop attachment, which adds an extra layer of convenience for users. This feature allows the robot to clean various surfaces, including hard floors and carpets or rugs, simultaneously.

Moosoo M X6

Despite not being a well-known brand, the Moosoo M X6 cordless bagless vacuum offers impressive performance at a budget-friendly price point. In fact, in a recent test group of eight models, the M X6 ranked fourth overall, outperforming more expensive options.

On hardwood floors, the M X6 picked up an average of 99% of sand particles, while on low-pile carpet, the figure dropped to 41.3%. However, the vacuum did better on thicker mid-pile carpet with a higher average sand pickup of 52.2%. The M X6 also performed well on large particle test soil, picking up an average of 90% or higher on all surfaces.

One downside to the Moosoo M X6 is that it may not be the best fit for pet owners. Despite its strong performance, visible dander was still present after vacuuming, and the brush roll has a tendency to tangle pet hair.

Overall, the Moosoo M X6 is a great option for those on a tight budget who want a high-performing cordless stick vacuum cleaner. Despite its low price point, it offers impressive cleaning power that rivals more expensive models on the market.
